Neo Classic "Williams" Road Bike - Columbus Neuron tube set

I bought this Williams frame 2nd hand in 2018 and built the bike around a SRAM Force 22 mechanical groupset and handbulit DT Swiss wheels.

The frame is obviously used and the paint has some chips and scratches, but the overall condition is great (for the age and being actively used). There are rubbing marks on the chain stays and the rear break mount from the tires (max is 28mm). But no dents or fractures, the frame is accident free. Searching for Williams as a frame brand yielded no results - so my guess is that the frame is custom...
