The frame shows signs of wear around the handlebars, but more importantly, the bottom bracket is seized (detached from the frame) and the screw for the cable mount below the bottom bracket is broken.
The repair, carried out by expert frame builders, should cost around 400/500 euros (price stated by an expert).
